Hayley Taylor, who made her musical debut at the age of three on the Jerry Lewis Telethon (dressed as Dolly Parton singing 9 to 5 while roller skating), is no stranger to performing. Born in Michigan, but raised in Los Angeles, Taylor is the only child of a professional actress and an entertainment journalist who introduced her to Hollywood (and acting) at an early age.

From the minute you open Hayley Taylor's Cd, you will fall in love with this girl. Inside is a picture of her at about 8-10 years old, this has a "oh how cute" kind of feeling to it. looking back at the front she is all grown up, but the eyes are the same. The back has her walking down the tracks with her guitar in hand, contrasting the childhood picture of her inside. The CD case is very professional yet personal and inviting.

The first song Orange Tree was pleasing, she has a very crisp sound, clear and sweet. The second song What I Never Said was more folk sounding, yet she sang it with a very graceful clarity. The 3rd song Falling was a relaxing melody with a straight forward sound, soft yet sure of itself, stepping up a little every once and a while like a country tune would. Number 4 This Is It had some very striking sound, kind of like Sheryl Crow, I liked this song.

The 5th song Raphael was another song that seemed to stretch her vocals well; this song was short but very sweet. The 6th song What Matters Most a poetic ballad, good piece of work this one, she can hold her own when it comes to the sexy sounds. Her lyrics are strong and crafty; they seem to speak from her heart.

Like I said you will fall in love with Hayley, and I bet she smells like some kind of berry or peach lip stuff…
